Usher And Chelsea Handler Agree: Justin Bieber Is A “Ladies’ Man”

R&B singer Usher is the man who essentially “discovered” Justin Bieber. Usher is also pretty smooth with the women, or the “ladies,” if you prefer. On ‘Chelsea Lately’ (weeknights, 11PM ET on E!), Usher stops by to discuss how Bieber is following in his footsteps — and Chelsea Handler is there to confirm Justin’s “skills.”

First off, Chelsea wants to know if the 16-year-old Bieber has outstripped Usher in terms of flirting: “Do you think that you’re more of a ladies’ man than he is, or is he kind of schooling you?” Hmm. A good question. Has the student become the master?

Usher will neither confirm nor deny that Bieber is better than him with the girls. Instead, he says this: “You gotta start young. … You start being a young ladies’ man, and then you’re a ladieez man, I guess. Right?” Uh, what? Whatever you say, Usher.

At any rate, Chelsea can personally attest that Justin Bieber is growing in his powers. She mentions filming with him during the ‘MTV Video Music Awards,’ and discusses how Bieber was feeling her up — including a moment where he grabbed Handler on her “butt.” Jeez. Aren’t there supposed to be laws against this sort of thing or something? Chelsea didn’t complain too much, though. This was her reaction to Justin at the time: “I was like, watch it! I’m starting to really get turned on!”
