Justin Bieber Best International Artist 2010
Justin Bieber has just won “Best International Artist 2010? at the MTV Video Music Brazil 2010 Awards. Bieber was up against Beyoncé, Black Eyed Peas, Green Day, Jay-Z, Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Lady Gaga, Paramore, and Tokio Hotel. Is there something his fans or “Beliebers” can’t do? Congrats Justin!
