Justin really needs to be surrounded by childhood friends who will still treat him as one of the gang instead of God.</em></p><p>On the other side of the coin, LA psychologist Dr. Nancy Irwin thinks Bieber's attitude is typical of today's teenager, reports Fox News:</p><p><em>The brain is not even fully developed until the age of around 25, and the last part of the brain to mature is the executive/decision-making center. Second, kids are naturally narcissistic. He really hasn't done anything that many "bratty teenagers" in America do. They simply do not have the spotlight on them.</em></p><p>Justin Bieber is a media magnet. It is to be expected that he would fall victim to overblown dissections of every move he makes. That's the price of fame. But at his young age, he should be given the benefit of the doubt.
