Justin Bieber Making A Second Acting Debut

Looks like soon there will be more reason for the ladies to scream for Justin Bieber; the 16 year old singer, songwriter  is now making another acting debut.
Besides starring in an upcoming episode of CSI, Justin Bieber will also be starring in a film which comes out next year. The movie is going to tell the harrowing story about Justin Bieber's life- and maybe even his road to stardom. And of course, following in the footsteps of Miley Cyrus, and the Jonas Brothers, Justin Bieber's movie will also be in 3-D.
Hopefully Justin Bieber's role in CSI will help his acting chops. Bieber's movie is directed by David Guggenheim and is set to premiere Valentine's Day weekend 2011.

Justin Bieber to get Good Vibrations with Mark Wahlberg?

Some may say Mark Wahlberg (Marky Mark) was the Justin Bieber of the '80s (albeit less squeaky-clean).
Now an established actor, the Boogie Nights star first cut his teeth in showbiz as an early member of boy band New Kids on the Block, but ditched the group to form Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch.
Soon, Wahlberg's face (and ab-tastic torso modelling Calvin Klein underwear) was plastered across every teenage girl's room from Vancouver to Reykjavik.
The musical bad-boy later swapped his "Good Vibrations" singing shtick for a successful Hollywood career.
Now, it's been reported that the star would consider returning to his pop/rap roots if he was asked to do a collaboration with the Beebs.
Marky Mark reportedly told New York Post gossip column Page Six, "If Justin Bieber asks me, I'll say yes. Only because my daughter loves him."
Speaking of Bieber fever, does the floppy-haired pop star have a future on the big screen? Looks like Bieber has been breaking into acting himself, lately.

Justin Bieber Gives Surprise Performance At Florida High School

If you were in the Sanford, Florida, area Thursday (August 5) and heard the screams of hysterical teenagers, don't fret. It was probably just the passionate yelps of students at Seminole High School, who were granted a surprise show from none other than singer and inducer of mass tween mania, Justin Bieber.

The Biebs dropped by Seminole High to present the school with a $5,000 donation from the Grammy Foundation and Best Buy to support music education. The singer strummed the guitar, pounded the drums and chatted with students, who were attending a summer band camp, according to reports.
"The students had no idea I was coming, and it was fun to completely surprise them," Bieber said in a statement. "I was excited about this opportunity to team up with Best Buy and the Grammy Foundation to raise awareness around the important cause of funding music education programs in schools. I talked to students about pursuing their passion in music and encouraging them to keep doing what they're doing."
Bieber also shared the experience with his more than 4 million Twitter followers, revealing that he battled illness to make the surprise appearance.

"I actually got sick in the middle of the show and they wanted to cancel but the show must go on and the fans gave me my second [wind]," Bieber tweeted. The singer added that the energy from his Beliebers, especially the female ones, helped get him through the performance. "Been sick all day...but we are toughing through it. SOUTH FLORIDA...the girls....Im feeling better :)"
The singer even gave a shout-out one lucky fan in particular: "So thank u to everyone for being so incredible tonight...and @meganburrier i hope we gave u a good surprise :)."

What would you do if Justin Bieber dropped by your school? Let us know in the comments below!

Justin Bieber Orlando: Justin’s a real crowd-pleaser and Shaq livens things up

Teen singing sensation Justin Bieber had Shaquille O’Neal on hand to up the star power at his sold-out Amway Arena concert Wednesday night.
But he didn’t need him.
Shaq appeared during the encore of the Bieber’s 80-minute set and joined in the rap segment of his smash hit “Baby.”
But the volume of the screaming for Bieber all night long showed that — at least among females of a certain age — his star is just as bright as the basketball legend’s.
Wearing an orange shirt labeled “World’s Greatest Dad,” the former Orlando Magic player shouted “Let’s make some noise! Let’s hear it!” over the chorus of  “Baby.”
Shaq’s appearance was tied to his ABC-TV show Shaq VS. Onstage, he didn’t dance so much as do some creative knee bends, shuffles and side steps. But he was visually effective, nearly two 2 feet taller than diminutive Bieber.
During the short appearance, O’Neal lifted Bieber over his head with ease. After being returned to earth, Bieber took a running start and jumped up into O’Neal’s arms as Shaq spun him round and round.
It was an exciting escape from the routine in an entertaining but predictable show, full of typical teen-idol moments — waving hands in the air, serenading a girl on stage, pitting one side of the crowd against the other in a shouting match. Of course, to Bieber’s young fans, a lot of that would be new.
Bieber, 16, surrounded himself with lots of visual stimulation: four backup singers who moved like the Pips, dancers who joined him on routines updated from the Backstreet Boys’ playbook, and shockingly clear, colorful and effective laser beams, swirling over the audience in bright pinks, yellows, greens and reds.
His voice was sometimes swamped by the band and backing singers, especially on rocking numbers such as “One Time” and “Somebody To Love” but most fans were too busy singing along to notice.
And Bieber showed he has some chops in a quiet moment, performing “Favorite Girl,” accompanying himself on guitar.
As for the opening acts, reggaeton rapper Sean Kingston and his protégé Iyaz served up amiable hits such as “Beautiful Girls” and “Replay.”
Backed by a three-man band, Vita Chambers sang hard-edged pop, the highlight of which was a tear through the Lady Gaga/Beyonce hit “Telephone.” Jessica Jarrell performed dance-pop to a backing track, and later returned to duet with Bieber on “Overboard.”
Apparently the show might not have happened at all. Bieber apologized at the end for “not always being fully energized” onstage, saying he didn’t feel well and there had been talk of cancelling the show — “but I said, ‘I can’t do that to my fans.’”
If Bieber was short on energy, the fans — still screaming as the lights came up — more than made up for it.

Justin Bieber Orlando: A little girl gets birthday wish to hear Justin

Looking down at her daughter Charlize, 6, at the Justin Bieber Orlando concert, Tracey Cant says, “I think it’s quite overwhelming for her.”
It’s Charlize’s first concert. What’s she expecting? “I don’t know yet,” she says with the simple honesty of youth. She’s one of many girls I’ve met today who received the tickets as a birthday gift. Charlize asked for a bunny, a trip to the beach and a chance to see Justin Bieber, explains Mom, from Kissimmee.
“I already got the bunny,” Charlize adds. The one thing Charlize is sure she’ll do at the concert is scream. How much? That’s right, she doesn’t know yet.
